HANS FULLER, Wellness Director
With over 13 years of experience, Hans Fuller is a dedicated Wellness Director and fitness professional. He is NFPT certified, a 200-hour RYTT, and OPEX certified. His background includes roles as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, yoga teacher, and head coach, complemented by experience as a gym partner and line cook.

For the past 17 years, Lisa has been sharing her expertise in fitness by teaching high energy group classes including barre & tone, step, kickboxing, and boot camp. Lisa believes prioritizing health & movement is so beneficial to one's life and fosters a healthy and positive mental well-being.
In her fitness approach, Lisa places emphasis on core strength and balance, aiming to prevent life-altering injuries.
